Winx Fairy Party Sweepstakes

Open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia, who are 13 years of age or older at the time of entry ("Participant"). If you are not the age of majority in your state of residence (18, except AL and NE (19), MS(21)), you must have permission from your parent or legal guardian prior to entering the Sweepstakes.
