PRIZE: There will be one (1) prize (“Prize”) awarded to Winner. Prize will consist of the following: a three (3) day, two (2) night trip for Winner and one (1) guest (“Guest”) to Venice, California (“Trip”).   Trip will include: round trip, economy class air transportation for Winner and Guest from a major commercial airport near Winner’s home (as determined by Prize Provider in its sole discretion) to Venice, CA; two (2) nights standard hotel accommodation (one room, double occupancy) in a hotel in or near Venice, CA, as determined by Prize Provider in its sole discretion (“Hotel”); exclusive ground transportation to and from the Venice, CA area airport and Hotel; and, one (1) five hundred dollar ($500) Visa® gift card (“Gift Card”) for Winner.
