Grand Prizes (5): Gas for a year. Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $2,250. Shell “Gas for a Year” prize will be awarded in the form of Shell Gift Cards with a total value of $2,250. Shell “Gas for a Year” prize is calculated based on 37.5 gallons of gasoline purchased per month at $5.00 per gallon over the duration of one (1) year. No additional compensation will be given in the event of gas price fluctuation during the Promotion Period. Use of Shell Gift Cards is subject to applicable terms and conditions printed on the back of the cards.

First Prizes (10): One tank of Shell fuel. ARV: $100. Shell “Tank of Fuel” prize will be automatically credited to the winner’s Fuel Rewards Network account with a total value of $100 once a potential First Prize winner claims his/her prize. Shell “One tank of Fuel” prize is calculated based on twenty (20) gallons purchased at $5.00 per gallon. No additional compensation will be given in the event of gas price fluctuation.

Discounts:

Five Cent Discount (80,000): Recipient will receive $0.05 discount per gallon of any grade of Shell fuel, up to 20 gallons per purchase, per vehicle.

Ten Cent Discount (5,000): Recipient will receive $0.10 discount per gallon of any grade of Shell fuel, up to 20 gallons per purchase, per vehicle.

Twenty Cent Discount (3,750): Recipient will receive $0.20 discount per gallon of any grade of Shell fuel, up to 20 gallons per purchase, per vehicle.

Twenty Five Cent Discount (4,000): Recipient will receive $0.25 discount per gallon of any grade of Shell fuel, up to 20 gallons per purchase, per vehicle.
