Prize/Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”)/Odds:

Grand Prize: There will be two (2) Prizes for entrants to choose from. The potential Grand Prize winner will be awarded a trip for two (2) to one (1) of the following trip destinations based on the selection made on the entry form.

1. Trip to Nashville, TN for the 2013 Country Music Awards show either in late October or early November, 2013 (exact date is TBD). The Nashville Grand Prize includes round-trip first class airfare for winner and guest from winner’s nearest major airport; round-trip airport transfers to/from the hotel; Four (4) night/Five (5) day hotel accommodations at the Gaylord Opryland Hotel or similar quality hotel (single standard room, double occupancy, room and tax only) and two (2) tickets to the 2013 Country Music Awards show in late October or early November, 2013 (exact date is TBD) for winner and guest; round-trip sedan transfers to/from the 2013 Country Music Awards; one (1) dinner in Nashville, TN. ARV: $7,500.00.
2. Trip to Los Angeles, CA for tour of Extra Studio. The Los Angeles Grand Prize includes round-trip first class airfare for winner and guest from winner’s nearest major airport; round-trip airport transfers to/from the hotel four (4) night/five (5) day hotel accommodations (single standard room, double occupancy, room and tax only); a tour of Extra Studio for winner and guest; round-trip sedan transfers to/from Extra studio and one (1) dinner in Los Angeles, CA. ARV: $7,500.00.
