Then upload a photo of your receipt using the receipt-upload area on the sweepstakes website.

To get free bonus entries by mail, hand print “TENA Men Take Back Your Game Sweepstakes Mail-In Entry Request,” your full name, mailing address, email address and telephone number on a plain piece of paper and mail it in a hand-addressed #10 envelope to:
