There will be one (1) prize (“Prize”) awarded to Winner. Prize will consist of the following: a trip for Winner and three (3) Guests (“Guests,” each a “Guest”) to one (1) of the following two (2) destinations, as selected by the Winner: either (a) Universal Orlando Resort in Orlando, Florida; or, (b) Universal Studios Hollywood in Los Angeles, California. Prize is subject to certain terms and conditions, as specified by issuer. Restrictions may apply.

Option 1 – Universal Orlando Resort in Orlando, Florida (“Orlando Trip”): Orlando Trip will include round trip economy class air transportation for Winner and up to three (3) Guests from a major commercial airport near Winner’s home (as determined by Prize Provider in its sole discretion) to Orlando, FL (“Orlando Airport”); three (3) nights standard hotel accommodation (one room, quadruple occupancy, room and tax only) at Loews Sapphire Falls Resort or at another on-site hotel (as determined by Prize Provider in its sole discretion) for Winner and up to three (3) Guests (“Orlando Hotel”); non-exclusive ground transportation to and from Orlando Airport and Orlando Hotel in Orlando, FL for Winner and up to three (3) Guests; 3-Day/3-Park Park-to-Park tickets for admission to Universal Studios Florida and Universal’s Islands of Adventure theme parks and Universal’s Volcano Bay water theme park, for Winner and up to three (3) Guests; and, admission to one (1) Blue Man Group Show for Winner and up to three (3) Guests (exact date and time to be determined by Prize Provider in its sole discretion) (“Orlando Event”).

Option 2 – Universal Studios Hollywood in Los Angeles, California (“Hollywood Trip”): Hollywood Trip will include round trip economy class air transportation for Winner and up to three (3) Guests from a major commercial airport near Winner’s home (as determined by Prize Provider in its sole discretion) to Los Angeles, CA (“L.A. Airport”); two (2) nights standard hotel accommodation (one room, quadruple occupancy, room and tax only) at the Sheraton Universal Hotel or at another on-site hotel (as determined by Prize Provider in its sole discretion) for Winner and up to three (3) Guests (“L.A. Hotel”); non-exclusive ground transportation to and from L.A. Airport and L.A. Hotel in Los Angeles, CA for Winner and up to three (3) Guests; and, two (2) day General Admission tickets to Universal Studios Hollywood for Winner and up to three (3) Guests. Estimated Retail Value (“ERV”) of Orlando Trip is three thousand eight hundred sixty-three and 32/100 Dollars ($3,863.32). ERV of Hollywood Trip is four thousand eight hundred sixty and 00/100 Dollars ($4,860.00).
