Open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and District of Columbia who are at least 13 years old as of the date of entry. If an Entrant is between the ages of thirteen (13) and seventeen (17) years of age, the Entrant must have obtained the permission of his/her parent/legal guardian to enter.

DAILY GRAND PRIZES, ODDS OF WINNING, AND APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUE (“ARV”):

Daily Grand Prize (96 winners per day, 2,976 total): Daily Grand Prize Winners (each a “Winner”) will each receive a SUBWAY® Card with a value of USD $6.00 (“Grand Prize”). Each SUBWAY® Card is subject to the terms and conditions set forth on the SUBWAY® Card and as set forth athttps://www.mysubwaycard.com/ContentManager/Controller.aspx?page=English/about/about. The use of a SUBWAY® Card constitutes the user’s acceptance of the terms and conditions so each Winner should read the terms and conditions on the SUBWAY® Card carefully. Each Winner must protect the SUBWAY® Card and treat the SUBWAY® Card as he/she would any other valuable document. Each SUBWAY® Card will be voided if it is used without permission, altered, or defaced. No more than 2,976 Grand Prizes will be awarded. Each Entrant is limited to winning one (1) Grand Prize in the Sweepstakes.
Odds of Winning: The odds of winning a Grand Prize depend on the number of eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period prior to the end of each Entry Period.
ARV: The ARV of each Grand Prize is USD $6.00. The total ARV for all Grand Prizes in the Sweepstakes is USD $17,856.
