Studio Movie Grill’s Night School Premier Trip Sweepstakes

1 Winner (hereinafter defined) will receive one trip for the Winner and one (1) guest of Winner ( “Guest”) to Los Angeles, California (“Destination”) to attend the premiere of the Night School feature film (“Event”), currently scheduled to take place in Los Angeles, CA located in Destination to be determined, but subject to change in Sponsor’s sole discretion (subject to compliance with applicable law). Guest under the age of 18, must be accompanied by their legal guardian.  The trip will include: (i) round trip coach class air transportation for Winner and Guest which shall originate from an airport of Sponsor’s choice near Winner’s primary residence to Destination, approximate retail value (“ARV”) of $1,600; (ii) two (2) night hotel accommodations in Destination for Winner and Guest which will be one (1) room, based on occupancy for four (meals, telephone calls, tips, gratuities, and other incidentals and costs are not included), ARV of $500; (iii) round trip ground transportation for Winner and Guest, to be taken together, between airport or hotel, as applicable, and the Destination, with an ARV of $400; (iv) two (2) tickets to the Event, with an ARV of $200.  The total ARV for the Prize is $2,700.
