Studio Movie Grill’s “Hotel Transylvania 3” Sweepstakes (Facebook)

1 Winner (hereinafter defined) will receive one trip for the Winner and three (3) guests of Winner (each a “Guest”, and collectively, “Guests”) to Los Angeles, California (“Destination”) to attend an exclusive world premiere of the Hotel Transylvania 3 feature film (“Event”), currently scheduled to take place in Los Angeles, CA located in Destination to be determined, but subject to change in Sponsor’s sole discretion (subject to compliance with applicable law). All Guests under the age of 18, must be accompanied by their legal guardian.  The trip will include: (i) round trip coach class air transportation for Winner and Guests which shall originate from an airport of Sponsor’s choice near Winner’s primary residence to Destination, approximate retail value (“ARV”) of $3,200; (ii) two (2) night hotel accommodations in Destination for Winner and Guests which will be one (1) room, based on occupancy for four (meals, telephone calls, tips, gratuities, and other incidentals and costs are not included), ARV of $600; (iii) round trip ground transportation for Winner and Guests, to be taken together, between airport or hotel, as applicable, and the Destination, with an ARV of $400; (iv) four (4) tickets to the Event, with an ARV of $400.  The total ARV for the Grand Prize is $4,600.
