Sony Pictures Spider-Man: No Way Home Premiere Sweepstakes

Grand Prize will consist of a trip for the eligible Grand Prize Winner and one (1) travel companion to Los Angeles, CA (“LA”) and the opportunity to attend the premiere, if held, of the motion picture “SpiderMan: No Way Home”.   The Trip includes the following: (i) round trip economy (coach) class airfare for two (2) people from the major U.S. gateway airport nearest the Grand Prize Winner’s hometown (as determined by Sponsor) to LA (“Flights”); (ii) R/T airport/Hotel ground transfers and (if determined to be necessary by Sponsor) Hotel/Premiere ground transfers (note: ground transfers awarded in the form of a check), (iii) two (2) consecutive nights hotel accommodations (single standard room, double occupancy; room and room tax only) at a hotel in/near the LA area (as specifically determined by Sponsor); and (iv) admission to Premiere, if held.  ARV is $4,500.00
