Shark Week Chomped Sweepstakes

The Grand Prize will consist of round trip coach air travel from a major commercial airport near winner’s residence (as determined by Sponsor) for the winner and up to three (3) guests; one double-occupancy hotel room for three days and two nights; a shark encounter opportunity; use of a rental car (subject to all car rental agency qualifications and restrictions); and $800 spending money.  Winner or winner’s guest must be 25 years of age or older and must have a valid U.S. driver’s license in his/her state of residency, appropriate motor vehicle insurance, and a major credit card to secure the rental car.  All expenses not specified are winner’s responsibility.  Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) $14,900.

Secondary Prizing.  Periodically throughout the Sweepstakes Period, the Sponsor will conduct random drawings from among all Eligible Entries received as of the drawing date.  Each drawing will award one (1) Second Prize consisting of a Shark Week Prize Pack that will include an Inflatable (ARV: $40.00), Towel ($10.00), T-shirt (ARV $10.00), Sunglasses (ARV: $17.50), a Shark Week DVD (ARV: $20.00), a 1.9lb bag of SWEDISH FISH Soft & Chewy Candy (ARV: $5.39), and 2-8oz bags of SWEDISH FISH Mini Tropical Candy (ARV: $4.98).  ARV of each Second Prize is $107.78.  A total of twenty-five (25) Second Prizes will be awarded.  Total ARV of all Second Prizes is $2,696.75.
