Seeing Purple Links?

Here are instructions on how to clear your browser cache in some popular browsers.

CHROME – on Windows Computers

1. On your Windows computer, open Chrome
2. At the top right, click the 3 vertical dots
3. Click “More Tools” and then “Clear Browsing Data”
4. Choose a time range of “Last 24 Hours”
5. Select “Cached images and files”
6. The other checkboxes are optional
7. Hit “Clear Data”

CHROME – on Apple Computers (desktop or laptop)

1. On your Apple computer, open Chrome
2. Select the word “Chrome” from the menu at the top (it should be next to the Apple icon)
3. Select “Clear Browsing Data…”
4. Select Time Range as “Last 24 Hours”
5. Select “Cached images and files”
6. The other checkboxes are optional
7. Hit “Clear Data”

SAFARI – on Apple Computers (desktop or laptop)

1. On your Apple Computer, open Safari
2. Select the word “Safari” from the menu at the top (it should be next to the Apple icon)
3. Select “Clear History…”
4. Select “today and yesterday”
5. Click the “Clear History” button

IPHONES & IPADS

1. Open Settings, and scroll down to the fifth group of options (starting with Passwords & Accounts). Tap Safari.
2. Scroll down the Safari settings until you see “Clear History and Website Data” and tap it
3. Click the text that says “Clear History and Data” or just “Clear”

MICROSOFT EDGE BROWSER

1. On your Windows computer, open Edge
2. At the top right, click the 3 horizontal dots
3. Click “Settings”
4. Go to the “Clear browsing data” section
5. Click on “Choose what to clear”
6. Click “Cached data and files” checkbox
7. The other checkboxes are optional
8. Click the clear button
