PRIZE:   (1 will be awarded): The prize consists of a trip (“Trip”) during the (currently scheduled) dates of 10/29/12-12/11/12 for the eligible Prize Winner and one (1) Travel Companion to Los Angeles, California (“Los Angeles”).  The Trip includes the following: (i) roundtrip (“R/T”) economy (coach) class airfare for two (2) from the major contiguous U.S. gateway airport (within the Eligibility Area) nearest the Prize Winner’s hometown to Los Angeles; (ii) two (2) consecutive nights hotel accommodations (single standard room, double occupancy; room and room tax only) at a hotel (“Hotel”) in the Los Angeles area; (iii) visit to the film set (“Set”) of Rules of Engagement; (iv) Two (2) day Midway car rental (Mid-size car w/GPS); and (v) Two (2) $250 American Express gift cards. All airline flights, Hotel, and all other elements of the Trip are at the sole discretion of Sponsor or its designee(s).  The ARV of the Prize is $2,600.
