one (1) first prize (the “First Prize”) that consist of a two (2) night trip for two to Las Vegas, NV or the host city of the 2015 Academy of Country Music Awards (the “ACM Awards”) Show (the“Event”), including roundtrip airfare (coach class), hotel accommodations (standard double occupancy), two (2) Tickets to the 2015 ACM Awards and Five Hundred Dollars (US$500.00) for spending.
