One (1) Winner and a guest will receive a trip to the 2019 New Orleans Wine & Food Experience,
currently scheduled for April 3-7, 2019 in New Orleans, L.A. The prize includes a four (4)-night
stay at the Old No. 77 Hotel & Chandlery for April 3-7, 2019 (one room, standard
accommodations, double occupancy) (ARV: $1,624), round-trip airfare for two (2) to/from New
Orleans airport (ARV: up to $1,000), two (2) VIP tickets to the 2019 New Orleans Wine & Food
Experience, currently scheduled for April 3-7, 2019 (ARV: $1,990), dinner for two (2) at Toups
South (ARV: $500), breakfast for two (2) at Brennan’s Restaurant (ARV: $300), as well as
$1,620 in the form of a check (which Winner may use, if he/she so elects to help defray any tax
liability Winner may incur in connection with her/her acceptance of the Prize Package), which
would be reduced to $1,320 in the event the Winner does not require airfare based on Winner
proximity to the destination. Total ARV of Prize Package: $7,034.
