Prizes & Approximate Retail Value One (1) Winner will receive (i) a three (3)-night stay for Winner and guest to Nobu Hotel Miami Beach (single room, double occupancy, standard accommodations) ARV: $1,300, (ii) $500 in flight credits towards two roundtrip coach class airfare tickets from anywhere within the US and Canada. If the actual cost of the roundtrip flight exceeds the $500 credit, the difference will be paid by Winner and guest. If it is less than $500, the difference will not be paid awarded by Sponsor, (iii) $690 in the form of a check (which Winner may use, if he/she so elects to help defray any tax liability Winner may incur in connection with her/her acceptance of the Prize Package), which would be reduced to $540 in the event the Winner does not require airfare based on Winner proximity to the destination.
