three (3) day/two (2) night trip for Winner and (1) eligible guest (together, the “Attendees”) to attend a Nelly concert on August 23, 2025 in Los Angeles, California including:

• Round trip coach air transportation for the Attendees
• Two (2) nights standard hotel accommodations (single room/double occupancy/room and tax only)
• Two (2) premium tickets for the Attendees to the Event

• One (1) Nelly Meet & Greet Experience Package for the Attendees (as determined by the Prize Provider in its sole discretion) which may include:
