Omaha Steaks Full Bun Tat Sweepstakes

One (1) Grand Prize Winner will receive:

1. Permanent tattoo design of a burger on one of Grand Prize winner’s buttocks, to be tattooed during up to two (2) sessions, by a tattoo artist of Sponsor’s choice and in colors and style of Sponsor’s choice in its sole discretion
   • round-trip coach-class air-transportation for Grand Prize winner to a to-be-determined location nearest to tattoo artist’s studio within the 48 contiguous United States
   • Two (2) nights hotel accommodations at a hotel of Sponsor’s choice.
2. Winner’s choice of one (1) of the following two (2) Omaha Steaks PureGround Burgers Prize options:
   • Option A: Forty-eight (48) Omaha Steaks PureGround Burgers to be awarded two (2) times per year, for a total of ninety-six (96) Omaha Steaks PureGround Burgers per year, for the duration of the life of the Grand Prize winner, up to twenty-five (25) years
     • ARV$10,500.
   • Option B: One (1) time $5,000 cash payment, to be awarded in the form of a check
