MyFitnessPal First Four Sweepstakes

To enter online, you’ll need a MyFitnessPal account (the free plan qualifies!). Be sure to use the same email address on the sweepstakes entry form.

Filling out the form is just the first part! You’ll also need to log at least four meals within one week on the MyFitnessPal website or app. They don’t have to be consecutive.

Don’t have a MyFitnessPall account? You can enter by mail without an account. Note that in your mail-in entry you must include a written list of the four meals you ate.
