One (1) Grand Prize will be awarded, consisting of

(a) round-trip air transportation for two to Oakland, CA, San Francisco, CA, or Sacramento, CA (the “Destination”) from the closest major commercial airport in the continental United States, near the winner’s primary residence, as determined by Sponsor (subject to Air Travel Restrictions set forth below); provided that Sponsor reserves the right to substitute ground transportation for air transportation if winner resides within 300 miles of the Destination;

(b) two(2) nights hotel accommodations at the Meritage Resort & Spa (one double occupancy room and room tax only).

(c) two (2) exclusive tickets for multiple private acoustic concerts throughout the event which, as of the posting of these Official Rules prior to the start of the Entry Period is expected to include Artists: Hunter Hayes, Eric Paslay, Parmalee, Cam, Maddie & Tae and more in Napa Valley, CA on May 15th, 16th and 17th, 2018;

(d) (TOTAL Approximate Retail Trip Value (ARV) = $3,000).
