Grand Prize
The Grand Prize Winner will receive the following:
• Choice of ten (10) days, nine (9) nights in France or Italy.
• Roundtrip airfare for two adults from any North American city in coach class to Paris, France or Rome, Italy based on the prize package selected. Maximum value not to exceed $2,000.00 each person.
• Hotel accommodations for two adults.
• $2,000.00 cash
• $2,000.00 JTV shopping credit, redeemable in a single transaction
• Total prize package valued at $15,000.00
Weekly Prizes
The seven (7) Weekly Prize Winners will each receive a $250 shopping credit from JTV. The shopping credit must be redeemed within ninety (90) days of receipt of the Notice from JTV and is redeemable only in a single transaction, based on JTV’s retail prices at the time of redemption. For example, the Weekly Prize Winner could choose a $150 ring, a $50 bracelet and a $50 set of earrings, so long as all items are designated at the same time. If, however, the winner selects only a $150 necklace and chooses no other merchandise, the remaining $100 of the shopping credit would expire.
