PRIZE:  There will be ten (10) first prizes (each a “First Prize”) awarded; one (1) First Prize will be awarded to each First Prize Winner. Each First Prize consists of one (1) poster signed by Alicia Keys and one (1) CD signed by Alicia Keys. Estimated Retail Value (“ERV”) of each First Prize is twenty dollars ($20). ERV of all First Prizes is two hundred dollars ($200).

Trip includes roundtrip coach-class airfare for Grand Prize Winner and Guest from a major airport near Grand Prize Winner’s residence (as determined by Sponsors in their sole discretion) to a major airport in or near Event (as defined below) destination; hotel accommodations for Grand Prize Winner and Guest for two (2) nights (standard room/double occupancy); two (2) tickets for Grand Prize Winner and Guest to attend an Alicia Keys concert scheduled to take place in 2013 in the United States (exact location to be determined by Sponsors in their sole discretion) (“Event”); two (2) tickets for Grand Prize Winner and Guest to a meet and greet with Alicia Keys at Event (“Meeting”); and one (1) complete album collection with a signed Girl on Fire CD by Alicia Keys
