You could win a smart home located in Pittsburgh, PA that’s worth well over one million dollars!
The winner will also receive a new Mercedes-Benz and a check for $100,000!
You can enter twice per day – once on the HGTV website and once on the DIY Network website.
One (1) Grand Prize Winner shall win the Grand Prize, which consists of: (i) the home located in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania (the “HGTV Smart Home 2020”) that is featured in the “HGTV Smart Home 2020” special (including home furnishings, fixtures, artwork, and merchandise) (approximate retail value (“ARV”): $1,391,424); (ii) One Hundred Thousand Dollars ($100,000) courtesy of LendingTree; and (iii) a 2020 Mercedes-Benz GLB automobile (MSRP: $61,150)
In lieu of taking title to the HGTV Smart Home 2020 the Grand Prize Winner will have the option of receiving $600,000 cash.
Total ARV of Grand Prize is $1,552,574 if Grand Prize Winner takes title to the HGTV Smart Home 2020 or $761,150 if Grand Prize Winner selects the Cash Option in lieu of the HGTV Smart Home 2020.
