HGTV Dream Home Giveaway Sweepstakes

Grand Prize: One (1) Grand Prize Winner shall win the Grand Prize which consists of: (i) the home located in Edgartown, Massachusetts (the “HGTV Dream Home”) that is featured in the “HGTV Dream Home” special (including home furnishings and merchandise as determined by Sponsor in cooperation with the Participating Parties and installed prior to conveyance) (approximate retail value (“ARV”): $2,265,000.00); (ii) Two Hundred Fifty Thousand Dollars ($250,000) (awarded in the form of a check or a wire transfer) (the “Cash Prize”); and (iii) a 2015 GMC Acadia Denali automobile (ARV: $52,680) (the “GMC Prize”).  The ARV of the HGTV Dream Home includes structure, lot, landscaping, home furnishings, merchandise, and artwork as of October 31, 2014.   In lieu of taking title to the HGTV Dream Home (and the contents of the HGTV Dream Home), the Grand Prize Winner will have the option of receiving $1,450,000.00 in cash in lieu of the home (the “Cash Option”).  Total ARV of Grand Prize is $2,567,680.00 if Grand Prize Winner takes title to the HGTV Dream Home or $1,752,680.00 if Grand Prize Winner selects the Cash Option in lieu.
