We will award one Grand Prize consisting of:

• A trip for the winner and one guest to Honolulu, HI (the “Trip”). The Trip has an approximate retail value (“ARV”) of $3,600.00 and consists of:
• • Round trip economy class airfare for the winner and one guest departing from a major airport near the winner’s residence (within the 50 United States or the District of Columbia) and arriving at an airport in the Honolulu area;
  • 3 nights standard hotel accommodations for the winner and his/her guest (single room, double occupancy) at a Honolulu area hotel to be determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion (the “Hotel”); and
  • $400.00 cash or check to the winner, which can be applied toward car rental or used at winner’s discretion.
• A Kate Spade Saturday Weekender Handbag (ARV $180.00);
