One (1) Grand Prize Winner will receive:

One (1) Grand Prize winner will receive a trip package for two (2) people, Grand Prize
winner and one (1) guest (the “Guest”), to New York, New York to attend the Great American Family Christmas Festival includes:

• Round-trip, coach-class air-transportation for Grand Prize winner and Guest to Long Island City, New York from a major airport within the 50 United States nearest the winner’s residence as determined by Sponsor
• Two (2) nights hotel accommodations based on a single room with double occupancy at a hotel of Sponsor’s choice
• Two (2) VIP Package tickets* (“Event Tickets”) to the Great American Family Christmas Festival (“Event”)
• $400 cash allowance for food to be awarded in for the form of a check
• Round-trip car transfers to/from destination airport and hotel
• $1,400 cash (to be awarded in the form of a check) to be used towards Grand Prize winner’s income tax responsibility.
