Five (5) prizes will be awarded in this Sweepstakes. The approximate retail value (“ARV”) of a prize is one thousand two hundred dollars ($1,200), and the aggregate ARV of all prizes to be awarded in this Sweepstakes is six thousand dollars ($6,000). A prize consists of and is limited to twelve (12) one hundred dollar ($100) Ruby Tuesday e-gift cards, one (1) card to be sent electronically to a winner each month for twelve (12) months (cards subject to the terms, conditions, limitations and restrictions thereof). Allow four (4) to six (6) weeks after verification of prize winner status and return of all applicable forms for delivery or arrangement for delivery of prize installment. Prize is nontransferable, nonassignable, nonnegotiable, and not redeemable for cash or credit.
