A total of 100 other prizes are up for grabs including 10 Kurt Warner autographed footballs, 25 $100 gift cards, and 65 waters bottles!
There will be a total of one hundred and one (101) prizes:
(A) one (1) Grand Prize consisting of: (i) two (2) tickets to the Super Bowl XLIX Game to be played on or about February 1, 2015 at University of Phoenix Stadium in Glendale, Arizona; (ii) coach roundtrip airfare for two persons from the major U.S. commercial airport nearest the winner’s home; (iii) hotel accommodations (one room, double occupancy) for two persons for three (3) days and two (2) nights; and (iv) related transportation expenses to and from the airport and to and from the game (approximate retail value $11,000);
(B) ten (10) First Prizes, each consisting of an football autographed by Kurt Warner (approximate retail value $350.00);
(C) twenty-five (25) Second Prizes, each consisting of a $100 gift card for hosting a healthy tailgating party (approximate retail value $100.00); and
(D) sixty-five (65) Third Prizes, each consisting of a branded First and Goal water bottle (approximate retail value $15.00).
Total approximate retail value of all prizes is $17,975.
