While logged into your Firehouse Rewards account, make a $10 minimum purchase to receive one entry.
(The rules also state you have to “opt into” participation in the sweepstakes, but I couldn’t find the link for this.)
Enter by Mail
To enter without purchase, print your name, address, phone, email associated with your Firehouse Rewards account, and date of birth on a piece of paper and mail in an envelope to:
