EXTRA: Dreamworks Theatre Featuring Kung Fu Panda Sweepstakes (Code)

One (1) grand prize package of a trip and general admission tickets for up to four (4) people (i.e., Grand Prize winner and up to three (3) guests (the “Grand Prize Package”) to Universal Studios Hollywood  as further described below to be awarded as the grand prize in the sweepstakes in conjunction with the Program.  The Grand Prize Package has a Fair Market Value (FMV) of Four Thousand Four Hundred Seventy and 00/100 Dollars ($4,470.00). Actual value may vary depending on departure date and location.

The Grand Prize Package will consist of the following:

• Round trip, coach class air transportation for Grand Prize winner and up to three (3) guests from the major airport closest to Grand Prize winner’s home (as determined by USH in its sole discretion) to Los Angeles, California**.  Grand Prize winner will be responsible for ground transportation to/from the airport at point of origin.
• Non-exclusive ground transportation to/from the airport in Los Angeles, California and to/from the hotel and USH.**
• Hotel accommodations, room and tax only, for up to four (4) people in a maximum of one (1) room, quadruple occupancy, at the Sheraton Universal Hotel (or another nearby hotel of USH’s choosing in its sole discretion) for three (3) consecutive days and two (2) nights. Hotel accommodations do not include meals, incidentals, tips, telephone calls, or any other personal expenses incurred during the trip, not specified here.
• General Admission tickets for two (2) days admission to Universal Studios Hollywood for the Grand Prize winner and up to three (3) guests.

Five (5) first prize packages of a 4-pack of Universal Express* tickets (i.e. Winner and three (3) guests (the “First Prize Package”) to Universal Studios Hollywood as further described below to be awarded as the first prize in the sweepstakes in conjunction with the Program.  The First Prize Package has a Fair Market Value (FMV) of Five Hundred Sixteen and 00/100 Dollars ($516.00).
