One (1) prizewinner will receive one prize pack containing gifts given to “The Ellen DeGeneres Show’s” live studio audience during the “12 Days of Christmas”. Given the surprise nature of the 12 Day’s gifts, at Sponsor’ sole discretion, Sponsor will determine the final prize package the Prizewinner will receive. Given the surprise nature of the 12 Day’s gifts given on the value of prizes may substantially vary. TOTAL APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUE (“ARV”) OF ALL PRIZING: $30,000.00-$36,000.00
