There is both a contest portion and a sweepstakes portion – you can enter each separately.

Sweepstakes Portion
To enter the sweepstakes, fill out the entry form.
Sweepstakes winners will be picked randomly.
Contest Portion
To enter the contest, craft a sculpture out of Doritos of an American landmark (e.g. the Liberty Bell, Washington monument, etc) and upload a video of it.
Entries are judged.
