Grand Prize (1): Trip for winner and one (1) guest to attend the 2018 Coachella Valley Music and Arts Festival (“Festival”) in Indio, California. Travel dates: April 20, 2018 – April 23, 2018. Trip consists of round-trip coach air transportation (from major airport nearest winner’s home) to a major airport in California, double-occupancy hotel accommodations for three (3) nights, and two (2) Festival tickets. If in the judgment of Sponsor, air travel is not required due to winner’s proximity to the Festival, ground transportation will be substituted for round-trip air travel at Sponsor’s sole and absolute discretion. The difference in value will not be awarded to the Grand Prize Winner. Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of Grand Prize: $5,650.00.
First Prize (2): Trip for winner and one (1) guest to attend one (1) 2018 Red Rocks concert of winner’s choice, subject to availability. Trip must be completed by December 31, 2018. Trip consists of round-trip coach air transportation (from major airport nearest winner’s home) to Denver, Colorado, double-occupancy hotel accommodations for two (2) nights, and two (2) concert tickets. If in the judgment of Sponsor, air travel is not required due to winner’s proximity to concert, ground transportation will be substituted for round-trip air travel at Sponsor’s sole and absolute discretion. The difference in value will not be awarded to the First Prize Winner. Seat locations at concert to be determined by Sponsor, in Sponsor’s sole discretion. ARV of each First Prize: $3,000.00.
