Open to residents of the fifty (50) United State and DC ages 16 and older. Entrants must also be a) a high school senior student, including a student who attends an alternative school or is home schooled; b) a student who has earned a GED or equivalent; c) a college or graduate student; or d) a parent or legal guardian of a student.
