Delta Dugout New York Yankees Sweepstakes

Grand Prize: One (1) Grand Prize will be awarded. Grand Prize Drawing Winner will receive a prize pack including roundtrip airfare for the Winner and a guest to a select away game during the 2018 season. The Winner will receive two (2) tickets for Grand Prize Drawing Winner and one (1) guests for one (1) New York Yankees 2018 regular season away game determined by Sponsor at its sole discretion; and hotel accommodations in the TBD city determined by Sponsor at its sole discretion (the “Grand Prize” and together with the Trigger Prizes, the “Prize(s)”). (Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of Grand Prize: $2,000.)

Trigger Prizes: Up to Fourteen (14) Trigger Event prizes (each, a “Trigger Prize”) and collectively, the “Tigger Prizes”) will be awarded as follows:

1. Forty Trigger Events Prizes: Four (4) Forty Trigger Events Prizes will be awarded. Each applicable Trigger Drawing Winner will receive a pair (2) of tickets to a 2017 regular season New York Yankees home game determined by the Sponsor at its sole discretion (each, a “Forty Trigger Events Prize”). (ARV of each Forty Trigger Events Prize: $100.)
2. Fifty Trigger Events Prizes: Four (4) Fifty Trigger Events Prizes will be awarded. Each applicable Trigger Drawing Winner will receive one (1) gift card to the New York Yankees Team store valued at $50. (each, a “Fifty Trigger Events Prize”). (ARV of each Fifty Trigger Events Prize: $50.00.) TRANSPORTATION TO/FROM THE GAME NOT INCLUDED.
3. Sixty Trigger Events Prizes: Two (2) Sixty Trigger Events Prizes will be awarded. Each applicable Trigger Drawing Winner will receive one (1) domestic round-trip travel voucher for two (2) on Delta Air Lines (each, a “Sixty Trigger Events Prize”). (ARV of each Sixty Trigger Events Prize: $1,200.00.)
4. Seventy Trigger Events Prizes: Four (4) Seventy Trigger Events Prizes will be awarded. Each applicable Trigger Drawing Winner will recieve autographed memorabilia signed by one (1) New York Yankees player or alumni determined by Sponsor at its sole discretion (each, a “Forty Trigger Events Prize”). (ARV of each Forty Trigger Events Prize: $100.00.)receive round-trip, coach class air transportation for Trigger Drawing Winner and one (1) guest on Delta Air Lines to and from any city served by Delta in the United States (each, a “Seventy Trigger Events Prize”). (ARV of each Seventy Trigger Events Prize: $2,560.00.) Air travel will be awarded in the form of certificates that may be redeemed for round-trip travel on Delta from any domestic airport served by Delta. Certificates are non-transferable, are not redeemable for cash and are void if sold or bartered. Any airline tickets obtained through such sale or barter are void and will not be honored for travel. Airline tickets may be cancelled or reissued without penalty for a period of twenty-four (24) hours after reservation is made. After this cancellation/reissue privilege expires, date, time and routing changes are permitted (subject to the availability booking class) however a $200 fee applies. Based on availability, passengers holding confirmed reservations and airline tickets may confirm earlier/later same day flight within three (3) hours from scheduled departure time between same origin/destination for a non-refundable fee of $50.
