To enter, design a Disney-themed costume. Entries are judged.

To win, each finalist needs to attend the D23 Ultimate Disney Fan Event 2024 at the Anaheim Convention Center on August 10, 2024 (no travel or hotel is provided).

Open to residents of the fifty (50) United States and DC ages 18 and older.
