One (1) prize will be awarded. Prize will consist of one (1) three (3)-day, two (2)-night trip for the Prizewinner and one (1) guest (“Travel Companion”) to the Los Angeles, California, area. Trip will include round-trip business-class air transportation for Prizewinner and Travel Companion from a major commercial airport near Prizewinner’s home in one (1) of the forty-eight (48) contiguous U.S. or the District of Columbia to the destination-city-area airport; round-trip ground transportation to and from airport and hotel in the selected destination-city area; hotel accommodations for two (2) nights (one room, double occupancy, room rate and room taxes only); round-trip ground transportation to and from hotel and either an All American set visit or a Warner Bros. studio lot tour (the “Event”); round-trip ground transportation to and from hotel in the selected destination-city area to a (non-escorted) Rodeo Drive shopping experience; A two-thousand-dollar ($2,000) Gift Card (for Prizewinner only); a “Glam Squad” hair and make-up experience for Winner and Travel Companion at Winner’s hotel prior to Screening Event; round-trip ground transportation to and from hotel to an All American screening Event; admission for two (2) to an All American screening Event (the Event is currently scheduled to take place at 5:00 p.m. PT on December 12, 2018); and one (1) Microsoft Surface Pro unit each for Prizewinner and his/her Travel Companion. Any additional destination amenities or elements awarded will be awarded at the sole discretion of the Sponsor. Estimated Retail Value (“ERV”) of the Prize will not exceed thirteen thousand four hundred ten dollars ($13,410)
