Grand Prize: The one (1) Grand Prize Winner will receive round trip airfare and tickets for Winner and guest to the 2014 South Beach Comedy Festival. Winner and guest will receive a two night hotel stay in Miami. The approximate retail value (“ARV”) of the Grand Prize is Three Thousand Five Hundred Dollars ($3,500).

Ten (10) Runners Up Prizes: will receive a selection of Axe and Comedy Central consumer products (the “Secondary Prize”, and together with the Grand Prize, the “Prize” or “Prizes”). The ARV of the Secondary Prize is One Hundred Dollars ($100) each.
