Then, use the MOD Rewards app to make a Coca-Cola beverage purchase at a participating MOD Pizza location and you’ll get an automatic entry.
Enter by Mail
To enter without making a purchase, handprint in black ink on a 3 x 5 piece of paper your name, address, mobile phone number, email address, MOD Rewards number (if you have one), and date of birth and then mail in an envelope to:
