NATIONAL GRAND PRIZE WINNER:

• One (1) grand prize (the “Grand Prize”) winner will receive:
  • One Thousand Dollars ($1,000.00), which may be awarded as cash (or cash equivalent) or in the form of a gift card, as determined by Sponsor in Sponsor”s sole discretion
  • One (1) virtual reality system including a compatible computer and operating system.
  • A hometown advanced screening of “Ready Player One” on a date to be determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion within twenty-five (25) miles of the Grand Prize winner”s home (if same can be accommodated as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion) for up to one hundred (100) people
  • Tickets are non-transferable and may not be sold, bartered or traded. All other charges, fees, and/or amounts (including but not limited to concession items and travel) are not included in the Grand Prize
  • “Ready Player One” merchandise for the Grand Prize winner as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion

Approximate Retail Value (ARV) of the Grand Prize: Four Thousand Seven Hundred Ninety Nine Dollars ($4,799.00)

NATIONAL DAILY RUNNER UP PRIZE WINNER:

• One (1) National Daily Runner Up prize (the “National Daily Runner Up Prize”) winner per day (10 days total) of the Sweepstakes will receive:
  • One Thousand Dollars ($1,000.00), which may be awarded as cash (or cash equivalent) or in the form of a gift card, as determined by Sponsor in Sponsor”s sole discretion
  • “Ready Player One” merchandise for the National Daily Runner Up Prize winners as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion

ARV of each National Daily Runner Up Prize: One Thousand Dollars ($1,000.00). Total ARV of all National Daily Runner Up Prizes: Ten Thousand Dollars ($10,000.00)

LOCAL MARKET PRIZE WINNERS:

• Ten (10) prize winners from each of the fifty (50) “Local Markets” (defined as the local television viewing markets in those cities listed in the attached City List) (the “Local Market Prize Winners”) during the Sweepstakes Period total will receive:
  • Two (2) passes to “Ready Player One”
  • Tickets are non-transferable and may not be sold, bartered or traded. All other charges, fees, and/or amounts (including but not limited to concession items and travel) are not included in the Local Market Prize

ARV of each Local Market Prize: Ten Dollars ($10.00). Total ARV of all Local Market Prizes: Five Thousand Dollars ($5,000.00).
