The “Grand Prize” consists of a trip (“Trip”) for the eligible Grand Prize Winner and one (1) travel companion (“Travel Companion”) to attend the U.S. premiere screening of the Picture (“Premiere”) in Los Angeles, CA (“LA”). The Trip includes the following: (i) round trip (“R/T”) economy (coach) class airfare for two (2) people from the major U.S. gateway airport nearest the Grand Prize Winner’s hometown (as determined by Sponsor) to LA; (ii) R/T airport/hotel and (if determined to be necessary by Sponsor) hotel/Premiere ground transfers (note: ground transfers awarded in the form of a check), (iii) two (2) consecutive nights hotel accommodations (single standard room, double occupancy; room and room tax only) at a hotel (“Hotel”) in/near the LA area (as specifically determined by Sponsor); and (iv) admission to Premiere, if held. Note: Grand Prize Winner and Travel Companion are not guaranteed to meet any talent and no images may be taken during Premiere. The approximate retail value (“ARV”) of the Grand Prize is four thousand dollars and no cents ($4,000.00).
