One (1) Grand Prize consisting of one (1) Global Rock Flight^® to include four (4) tickets to a participating Live Nation produced and promoted concert anywhere in the world during 2018 or prior to July 31, 2019, excluding festivals; round-trip, coach class air transportation for four (4) from the major airport nearest grand prize winner’s home within the U.S. or Canada to the major airport nearest the concert; two (2) double occupancy standard hotel rooms or one (1) quad occupancy hotel room or suite for  four (4) nights /  five days (5) days; and a four hundred dollar ($400.00) pre-paid cash card to use toward ground transportation.

Approximate Retail Value of the Grand prize is:  $13,000.00

Each Festival Rock Flight consists of four (4) tickets to one (1) of the applicable participating U.S. Festivals listed below (“Festival”), or one (1)  Live Nation produced and promoted concert in the U.S. or Canada; round-trip, coach class air transportation for four (4) from the major airport nearest the winner’s home within the U.S. or Canada to the major airport nearest the Festival/concert; two (2) double occupancy standard hotel rooms or one (1) quad occupancy standard hotel room or suite; and a $400.00 pre-paid cash card to use toward ground transportation.

One (1) US/Canada Concert Rock Flight^® Prize: consisting of one (1) Rock Flight® which includes four (4) tickets to one (1) Live Nation produced and promoted concert at a Live Nation venue in the United States or Canada (excludes Festivals) of winner’s choice; round-trip, coach class air transportation for four (4) from the major airport nearest grand prize winner’s home within the U.S. or Canada to the major airport nearest the concert; two (2) double occupancy standard hotel rooms or one (1) quad occupancy standard hotel room or suite for two (2) nights / three (3) days; and a $400.00 pre-paid cash card to use toward ground transportation.

Approximate Retail Value of US/Canada Concert Rock Flight prize is:  $5,000.00

Twelve (12) Festival VIP Ticket Prizes: each prize consisting of two (2) VIP tickets (“VIP Package”) to one (1) participating Festival as stated in the table set forth above. 

Approximate Retail Value of each Festival VIP Ticket Prize converted to a concert is:  $800.00.

Five (5) Live Nation® Ultimate Access Pass™ – 2019 National Pass (the “Pass”) Prizes. Each Pass entitles the Pass holder plus one guest access to Live Nation produced concerts at participating Live Nation owned and operated venues in the United States.

Approximate Retail Value of each of the Live Nation Ultimate Access Pass is: $1,500.00

Second Prize Pool:

Five (5) $500 Gift Cards, Thirty (30) $250 Gift Cards, Seventy-Five (75) $100 Gift Cards. Approximate Retail Value of each Gift Card is: Five Hundred Dollars and No Cents ($500.00); Two Hundred and Fifty Dollars and No Cents ($250.00); One Hundred Dollars and No Cents ($100.00). For all prizes: The total approximate retail value of all prizes offered is $97,000. Odds of winning a prize depend on the number of eligible entries received for the applicable drawing.
