One (1) Grand Prize: For winner and Guest to attend the Austin City Limits Festival in Austin, Texas (“Festival”)

The Winner may choose to attend the first OR second weekend of the festival from October 5 – 7, 2018 OR from October 12 – 14, 2018.

• Domestic roundtrip airfare for one (1) grand prize winner and one (1) eligible guest between the major metropolitan airport nearest prize winner’s primary residence and (in the event of any dispute, airport shall be as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion) to destination airport for Austin City Limits Festival in Austin, TX
• three (3) nights (one room standard double occupancy) hotel accommodations at destination, at the sole discretion of the Sponsor;
• Two (2) VIP Passes for Austin City Limits Festival. **Winner may choose to attend the first or second weekend of the festival
