One (1) Grand Prize Winner will receive:

• the opportunity for winner and one (1) guest (21+) to attend the Andrea Bocelli concert at the Napa Valley Charles Krug Winery on winner’s choice of either concert date of Saturday, 6/21/25 or Sunday, 6/22/25
• tickets for seats in the Mondavi section, select food and beverages during the concert
• two (2) nights’ hotel accommodations on the dates surrounding the selected concert at a hotel in downtown Napa, determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion (single standard room, double occupancy)
