You (“Entrant”) may enter the Sweepstakes if (A) you have a valid email address, (B) you are a legal resident of one of Albertson’s Market States (“Market States”) to enter to win: Arkansas, Arizona, California, Colorado, Idaho, Louisiana, Montana, North Dakota, New Mexico, Nevada, Oregon, Texas, Utah, Washington or Wyoming, excluding Florida and (C) you are at least eighteen (18) years of age or older.
