(A.) Grand Prize A: Grand Prize A will consist of a trip for two (2) for attendance at a game during the 2018 NBA Finals, at a to-be-determined location (the “Grand Prize”). Grand Prize A includes two (2) tickets for attendance at a game during the 2018 NBA Finals, one (1) double occupancy standard hotel room for two (2) individuals for two (2) nights, roundtrip coach air transportation for two (2) from a major gateway airport nearest winner’s residence to a major gateway airport nearest the chosen game of the 2018 NBA Finals and a $250 gift certificate in spending cash to be used towards the prize trip and transportation. If Grand Prize A winner resides within 150 miles of the chosen game of the 2018 NBA Finals, ground transportation may be substituted in lieu of air transportation at the sole discretion of Sponsor. Approximate retail value (“ARV”) of Grand Prize A: $3,850.00. The actual retail value of Grand Prize A may vary. If the actual value is less than the ARV of $3,850.00, the difference will not be awarded to the winner. Any portion of any prize not accepted or used by the winner will be forfeited.
(B.) Grand Prize B: Grand Prize B will consist of a trip for two (2) for attendance at a game during the 2019 NBA Finals, at a to-be-determined location (the “Grand Prize”).
