2014 KIA “The Voice Dream Seats” Sweepstakes

First Prizes: Each First Prize  will consist of a trip to Los Angeles, CA (“FP Trip”), for each First Prize  Winner who is not the Grand Prize Winner and up to one (1) guest (“FP Guest”).  Each FP Trip consists of the following: round-trip, coach-class air travel for  First Prize Winner and FP Guest from a major commercial airport near First  Prize Winner’s residence to an airport in or near Los Angeles, CA (“Los Angeles  Airport”) (as determined by Sponsors in their sole discretion); accommodations  for First Prize Winner and FP Guest (single room/double occupancy) for two (2)  nights at a hotel in or near the Los Angeles area (“Hotel”) (as determined by  Sponsors in their sole discretion); the opportunity for First Prize Winner and FP  Guest to attend a live taping (“Taping”) of  a “Battle Round” episode (“Episode”) of the  NBC television show The Voice (“Show”),  currently scheduled to take place at NBC Universal, 100 Universal City Plaza,  Universal City, CA 91608 round-trip ground transportation to and from Los  Angeles Airport and Hotel; and round-trip ground transportation to and from  Taping of Episode and Hotel.

Grand Prize: There will be one (1) Grand Prize awarded to Grand  Prize Winner. In lieu of the First Prize (as described above), the Grand Prize  Winner shall instead receive the Grand Prize, which  consists of a trip to Los Angeles, CA (“GP Trip”), for Grand Prize Winner and  up to one (1) guest (“GP Guest”). GP Trip consists of the following:  round-trip, coach-class air travel for Grand Prize Winner and GP Guest from a  major commercial airport near Grand Prize Winner’s residence to an airport in  or near Los Angeles, CA (“Los Angeles Airport”) (as determined by Sponsors in  their sole discretion); accommodations for Grand Prize Winner and GP Guest  (single room/double occupancy) for two (2) nights at a hotel in or near the Los  Angeles area (“Hotel”) (as determined by Sponsors in their sole discretion);  the opportunity for Grand Prize Winner and GP Guest to attend a live Taping of  a Season Finale currently scheduled to take place on May 21, 2014 (“Finale”) (date  subject to change and/or cancellation) of the NBC television show The Voice (“Show”), currently scheduled to take place at NBC  Universal, 100 Universal City Plaza, Universal City, CA 91608; round-trip  ground transportation to and from Los Angeles Airport and Hotel; and round-trip  ground transportation to and from Taping of Finale and Hotel.

The Estimated Retail Value (“ERV”) of  each Prize is two thousand five hundred dollars ($2,500).
