Open only to legal residents of the 50 United Sates and D.C. and Canada, excluding Quebec, and to active members of the United States Armed Forces who are deployed (excluding the geographical areas listed below) and their and their immediate family members residing with them. Void in Quebec, Guam, Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands and other U.S. territories and possessions, who are 13 years old or older.
