GRAND PRIZE (1). The Grand Prize consists of a trip package for the Grand Prize winner and up to three (3) guests to the Nickelodeon Hotels & Resorts Punta Cana in the Dominican Republic. The Trip Package shall consist of the following:

- roundtrip coach airfare for GP Winner and up to three (3) Guests to the Dominican Republic
- 4 nights standard hotel accommodations at the Nickelodeon Hotels & Resorts Punta Cana, Dominican Republic
- all meals [excluding dining at on-site restaurant, Kitchen 23 and Nickelodeon character breakfast], drinks, gratuities, room tax, non-motorized water sports and select entertainment)
- one thousand dollars ($1,000.00) in spending money for GP Winner.
